I started by sketching and dimensioning the basic side profile. To properly use the offset entities tool, I trimmed of all parts of the sketch that weren't involved and offset everything else by 2mm. After reconstructing the sketch I extruded all parts of the sketch to their correct depth. Then I started a sketch on the top plane and sketched out the rectangle to then extrude cut through all geometry to create the final part.
