Form-fitting headphone stand

These headphone stands are individually adapted to the geometry of specific headphones and hold them securely in position without leaving pressure marks on the pads.

I hate headphone stands that flatten the ear and headband pads and wear out the bracket. The worst are fake heads as stands that strain the headphones as if they were worn all the time.

Because of the increasing use of video chats and IP telephony, almost all employees now have ANC headsets. These need to be quickly at hand, but should still be stored safely while not in use.

For this reason, I started measuring the exact geometry of the headband of the models commonly used in our company. On this basis, I designed printable stands that support the headband precisely and thus distribute the weight as evenly as possible.
