I decided I wanted to do a test of different processes to make some 3D printed parts stronger and faster to print. I also have several ideas that will derive from this test. My goal, sharing this, is to bring certain process of efficiency and quality that we may use in metalworking and apply them to 3D printing. This could be a huge step for this revolution. Coming up with processes such as forming and stamping on 3D printed flat blanks could very well give somewhat weaker prints the stability they need to perform a task. For instance, the bracket featured here took 10min to print as a flat pattern and 30 sec to form into that shape. (After I made the tool of course-2hrs). If I were printing this formed it would take me over an hr and be a very weak part. By printing at a 45 deg angle it drastically increased the strength of the legs and also kept in from deforming too much when I formed it. This bracket is extremely strong. If you were to make this part from nylon and use the boiling
