IKEA FORSÅ Headphone holder that uses an existing screw (can be seen in the image above) on the desk lamp to be mounted. A bearing is also required (22.10mm outer diameter, 8.0mm inner diameter), commonly found in fidget spinners.
Have only been tested on Arctis 7, might work for headsets with smaller headbands (43x8mm).
