保皇起源于中国青岛，需要5个人进行，由 2 方玩家：保皇派（皇帝、侍卫）与平民三人进行对抗，目的是 1 方成员尽可能早出完牌。 保皇最妙的乐趣在于，侍卫可以隐藏自己的身份，即暗保，当侍卫为暗保时，皇帝和平民都不知道谁是自己人，谁是敌人，于是，大家互相提防、猜忌，又要找出同党来帮助，霎时间流言四起、勾心斗角。进行保皇游戏需要四幅扑克牌，因此我设计了这个能够收纳四幅扑克牌的盒子，规格为（70×60×90mm），适用的扑克牌是在中国山东畅销的“姚记”牌扑克。"保皇" originated in Qingdao, China and is played with five players divided into two factions: the Royalists (Emperor and Guards) and the commoners. The goal is for one faction to play all their cards as early as possible. One of the intriguing aspects of the game is that Guards have the option to conceal their identity, known as being a "hidden guard" or "secret guard." When a Guard is in this role, neither the Emperor nor the commoners know who their allies or enemies are, leading to mutual suspicion, speculation, and the need to identify fellow faction members for collaboration.
