I modeled the Fox Fork 40 Steering Stop Bumper from my Fox 40 model in 2012 because it was at the end of its life. I printed it from Gembird TPE, 28% Crosshatch infill, 3 wall loops, and 0.16mm layer height. If it doesn't fit scale it a bit up or down to your needs and reprint.
