This is my contribution to the Video goggles section on thingiverse.
The design is based on the VR Goggles you can find here

I completly remodeled them in sketchup to implement the features I needed, for example a wider form factor for my glasses.
The goggles has 2 fresnellenses ([frɛˈnɛl]) which are positioned just right for my eyes.
I made some tests with friends and family which had problems using the goggles caused by the sense distance.

I uploaded the sketchup file so you can make corrections as needed. I recommend to make yourself some sort of testing rig to first of all check which lense distances are best for you.

The goggles were made for a 4,3" monitor.


UPDATE 07/08/15:
I added a frames for the fresnel lenses if yours is more on the thinner side.
