Check out the other Version for different sized quads! Find it at my designs:
https://www.thingiverse.com/rookiefpv/designs
MATERIAL:
PLA. Do not use TPU or PETG. You will need to heat and bend the print afterwards (funny sh*t going on here!)
HOW TO PRINT:
Bottom: 100% infill to give some weight.
TOP: 25% infill with at least 4 walls
String: 25% infill with at least 4 walls. Print them standing.
No supports at the screwholes!!!
I recommend 0,2mm layer height for estethics.
ASSEMBLING: Use (8x) 8mm M2 screws. You need the lenght for stability. Shorter screws are not recommended.
IMPORTANT / HOW TO:
!!!After printing, assemble the top-plate 120 degree off (relativly to the bottom-plate)!!!
Make sure the strings sitting flush and neat in the corresponding holes at the top- and bottom-plate. Then heat the 4 strings evenly with a hairdryer until they get soft enough to twist. I recommend to handle the print with both hands, while the hairdryer rests on the table f.e
