After crashing my drone battery end first into a brick wall, I want some future protection against battery corner impacts and scraping.
The 3mf file is designed for 1300mAh CNHL Black batteries. The F3D file is parametric, so you can change the battery height to 44.5 mm to print an 1100mAh case.
Printed mine with 20% infill, no supports. Final weight is 21 grams.
PRINT WITH DRIED TPU, OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE A STRINGY, BAD TIME! Wet TPU will negatively impact the battery fit. Last picture shows a print with dried TPU on the top vs wet TPU on the bottom.
