Hi All!
This is a copy of the FPV camera mount that comes with most COMS cameras but with the arm rotated 90 degrees for positioning when mounting onto a vertical surface.
I have made two versions with different width arms. 6mm (original) and 8mm. I found the original bracket too thin and the pivot joint too loose so if you find you have the same problem try the 8mm wide version.
I have left out the mounting holes. Firstly for ease of printing and also allow personal choice where you want the holes. this is the same with the pivot point hole on the arm. if you want a shorter arm you can simply slice the end off with modelling/Stanley knife to the desired length. I recommend drilling the pivot point hole with a M2 drill bit.
No supports necessary.
Info on my project:
I am converting my SYMA X8 Pro into a 5.8g FPV Quad. i found the original bracket that came with the camera is not best suited for vertical mounting so I've made this bracket to allow me to mount it onto t
