This is more about how to connect your goggles to an FPV simulator than the mount but the mount is part of making it all work together nicely. (It prints without support if you orientate it onto it's back.)
If your goggles require composite (RCA) video input then running an FPV simulator in your goggles will require an adapter in cases where your video card only supports HDMI out. This mount will allow an HDMI2RCA (composite) video adapter to mount on the goggle strap in close enough proximity to use the 3.5mm mini plug to RCA adapter included with Quanum DYI FPV V2 goggles.
In order to convert the signal I found 2 viable options:
A. Purchase an inexpensive adapter and connect it directly between your HDMI output or HDMI split output of your PC. (Note: this will operate with no additional power supplied to the adapter).
