Fraction Tiles

These labeled fraction tiles can be used to fit on a number line (pdf included) so students can learn to label fractions on the number line. The "whole" is a 24cm long piece that is designed to fold (it has a hinge) for easier storage. This set includes 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5, 1/6, 1/8, 1/9, 1/10, and 1/12 pieces. It's a great resource for all fraction concepts.

I have included a pdf of number lines that can be printed and used with these tiles.
Be sure to print "actual size" or the tiles will not line up with the markings.
Also, if wanting a number line that includes more than one whole, print multiple sheets and tape them together. Laminating will allow children to use these with dry erase markers (coupled with the tiles to learn to place fractions on a number line).
