Our shipping crates are getting quite beat up. We receive non-op units. Rebuild and return in the same crate. We have started labeling the outside so handlers know it's heavy and delicate, truck gently please.
A customer's new hire was unsure how to unpack the units and disassembled the entire crate and struggler putting it back together. If you remove the painted red bolts, the box lifts off in one piece.
Again, labeling the outside of the crate with instructions should save time and money.
It used to take days to cut these out of posterboard by hand with an exacto knife and a ruler.
Tinkercad with the Neptune3 and these were in-hand in a few hours.
