Challenge indeed! Here are a few things that I tried to keep in mind while resolving this challenge. 1 - Keeping the process of populating a tray/holder with the product (and boxing it) as simple and quick as possible. 2 - Functionality in terms of using the tray in a small assembly line ie. can one remove it easily from the packaging. 3 - Keeping stock at a glance, for re-ordering and planning purposes. I’ve done a single bank of 5, a tray of 25 with the option of vertically stacking to 5 trays = 100. The 25 tray I've made with a 'snap a bank' feature so you can always work from the front row.
