Frame for LED PANEL 2.5

Hello!This is a custom-designed frame for mounting P2.5 LED panels (320x160mm). I specifically designed it to be fully modular: every part is smaller than 16.5cm, making it easy to print on a Bambu Lab A1 Mini or any printer with a small build plate.Key Features:Easy Assembly: Panels are secured simply with screws. The frame parts interlock to form a sturdy, complete structure.Modular Design: Perfect for creating various screen sizes (for example, a 640x320mm setup using 4 panels).Adjustable Depth: You can easily adjust the frame depth directly in your slicer by scaling the Z-axis to fit your specific needs.Printing Recommendations:Material: PETG is highly recommended for its mechanical strength and heat resistance (LED panels can get warm).Settings: Minimum 15-20% infill for optimal rigidity.
