FRC 4 Inch Tread

This is a tread for a 4 inch WC Products swerve drive module wheel. TPU 95A provided enough grip for a standard 125lb robot while not wearing out during practice and 2 district events and Mi Regionals.

Tread2023.stl is a new design for the FRC 2023 game. Changes from previous are:
1. 3 more tread strips added for more surface area.
2. Rounded wheel edges for initial wear improvements
3. Printed material expectation is TPU 85A for more grip but faster wear.
4. Remove one set of holes
