Free-spinning Replacement Handle

Somehow, the handle to my back yard hose reel disappeared. Now I'm not saying it was my eleven-year-old son, but I have suspects. Regardless, I needed a replacement as I couldn't find a commercial version (I probably didn't use the correct search term.) Here are the results. It is free-spinning and fitted for a 3/8 in bolt. The hole diameter is actually 11.5mm, just to make things metric. In my case, this doesn't actually get much use throughout the year, so I have direct metal on plastic contact. If this was use more regularly, I would incorporate a metal sleeve of one material or another, to reduce wear and tear on the part. This was quite a journey and it increased my Fusions skills a bit.
