I use this parametric box model for nearly all of my electronics projects. It provides a basis upon which to add enclosure features and gets the tedium of box modelling out of the way fast. The model includes a spreadsheet that describes all the parameters you can tweak and provides some sane defaults - the demo .3mf file comes from those defaults. Just start by adjusting the light green boxes. Note there's a new version now - the 3.x series. This is a re-done from scratch version that changes the nature of the snap part and (and works with FC 1.0). There is currently a known issue with it in that if you do “certain things” the shape binder that acts as the basis for the lid becomes detached from the first lid sketch - just alter attachment to fix it when it breaks and you're all good.
