I have been using the FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor to measure blood glucose for a few months now. After two days, the sensor threatened to fall off. The daily showering as well as sleeping on the arm demands a lot from the Libre 2 adhesive. After a short research I found a web store that offers similar holders. However, this holder costs 15 euros each plus 5 plasters. After one or two months, the separate lanes began to loosen at the "wings". Since I did not want to pay 15 euros again for this simple bracket I decided to create one myself.
1 holder costs with 5 plasters around the 15 euros
10 more plasters cost 15 euros but these hold only 2 to a maximum of 3 days.
In addition, I still offer a template for the plasters.
I recommend Kineso Tape as a plaster. So that the plaster holds as long as possible, I recommend a width of 7.5 cm!
I have so far made very good experience with the Kineso Tape of "Nasara KT3B".
The patch lasts 5 to 7 days and does not irritate the skin.
