A hat, more specifically a kepi. Scale the parts up by 10, but this was made to fit my rather large head, so you might need to scale it to your liking. If you scale Part1 by 8, scale Part2 by 8 too, and so forth. I suggest making the oval part with no bottom layers, and printing it only a few inches tall to see if it fits your head.
