I found this idea on Reddit posted by u/okaytoo on r/SolidWorks. Had to model it up for a quick fun Christmas present.

I used a map outline from freevectormaps.com (https://freevectormaps.com/france/FR-EPS-01-1001?ref=atr) and output a dxf from Inkscape to create the outline SWX.

I hope I got all the attribution stuff right.
