Frenzel training tool

训练法兰佐的辅助工具。将气球套在一端，另一端塞入鼻孔。捏住鼻子，试着做法兰佐。如果成功，气球会运动。

如果不确定是否使用了肺中的空气，可以先完全吐气后再进行练习。

两端的大小略有差别，适合于不同大小的鼻孔。

A tool for training Frenzel. Place the balloon over one end and the other end into the nostrils. Hold your nose and try to do Frenzel. If successful, the balloon will move.

If you are not sure if you are using air from your lungs, you can exhale completely first

The diameters of the ends are slightly different and are suitable for different sizes of nostrils.
