This is a small friction hinge that uses a TPU core / O-ring to maintain constant torsional resistance. Currently, the hinge uses countersunk M3 screws for mounting, and an M3 socket head screw + nylon lock nut to bolt the hinge together. I used Ninjatek Ninjaflex (it's 85A) to print the TPU core, but most other TPUs should work as well even if they have a higher shore hardness. Any filament is acceptable to use for the actual hinge frames, I have been using eSun PLA+ Required HardwareM3 x 18 socket head screwM3 Nylon lock nutCountersunk M3 screws (for mounting) Slicing NotesThe hinge frames print best in the vertical orientation (hinge axis of rotation perpendicular to the build plate). All you need is some small supports under the screw head and nut recesses; these are super easy to remove by pushing a bolt or small screwdriver through the opposite side of the hole to pop the support out.
