Frictionless Bambu spool holder for AMS riser v4

Based on Sanja3D Spool holder (https://makerworld.com/fr/models/1079722-side-mounted-spool-holder-p1p-p1s-x1c#profileId-1071275), I needed a frictionless version to print with my 85A Bambu TPU.See the hardware required in the BOM. A spacer is included but not mandatory — it's used to ensure frictionless rotation of the spool. If you need more friction, simply remove the spacer and tighten the nut. The spool insert is designed for Bambu spools. It uses a reverse thread to prevent loosening during rotation.
