Fridge Post-it/Marker Holder

I got tired of looking at a Post-It pad and marker hanging out of half an envelope that was taped to the fridge at work for us to label our stuff inside. I have only really modeled one simple extruded sketch before so I decided to tackle a small task to push myself to learn more.

The cut outs for are for neodymium magnets from Michael's. This is what I had laying around.

Edit2: Revision to the first version that you see printed. The cutout in the front did not really feel low enough so I went back and lowered it some to give me more room to grip while pulling up.

Edit 3: Mk3 is the refined version after some use of Mk2. Mk3 also has a MUCH shorter print time. This is the suggested version. For a preview see the pic of it in action on the fridge!

I have maybe 10 total hours using FreeCad (including ~3hrs working on this). I have been working on smaller projects to try to get used to using it so I am really green at modeling for anyone taking a peek at the FreeCad Doc and not
