Frigidaire 218809800 Alternative

The shelf brackets in my fridge broke their tabs off like 20 years ago and we have been limping ever since. The replacements exist but are about $40. I made this bolt in system because my engineering skills were struggling to make one with replacement tabs that were flexible enough to snap in but rigid enough to stay in, especially in PLA.

I recommend making them in pairs and replacing them in pairs.

What you need:
2 of the shelve brackets
2 of the backing plates
6x M3x30 allen head bolts (these are longer than they seem like they need to be on purpose)
6x M3 nuts

I recommend printing the bracket at a 45 degree upwards (see photo) such that the mating "male" section does not rely on supports at all. I printed the backing plates with the nut side facing down, but other orientations may be better.

Installation:
You CAN glue the backing plate into your fridge's door if you want, I wanted something more replaceable, and so my steps were as follows:
