Frigidaire Ice Maker Gears

Drive and pinion gear for Frigidaire ice maker (model IMBD03-018). This design should fit multiple similar models, but has only been tested on my unit. Originally printed as a temporary fix while waiting on a replacement, but it has performed just as well as the OEM part and is now in permanent use. Print settings used: Material: PLA Walls: 4 Infill: 50% (gyroid) These settings have proven durable, though they may be more than necessary depending on your application. If and when the PLA might break or crack may print in PLA612 or some stronger plastic, but seeing how the original plastic is some cheep injection molded crap, might last a long time. Assembly note: The drive pinion is designed as a press fit onto the shaft. For improved long-term durability, I applied epoxy during installation to strengthen the bond and prevent slipping.
