Front panel 2mm lower USB/SD slot

I remixed this front panel to be used with the X Gantry support since I do not use a side panel at all after installing [this heat bed wiring mod](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2376061).

What I did was completely remove the factory metal side panel, then I printed the X Gantry support (In the remix list) and the spacer I designed. To cover the front side section, I printed the front panel which has the USB and SD card slots lowered 2 mm to accommodate the mod listed above.
