FrSky trainer Lite module to attach an SBUS or CPPM Receiver

This module fits FrSky transmitters running ETHOS with the small module bay (Lite). Next to these printed parts, a servo lead with male connector and (optionally) a 6K8 resistor and a 8 pin female pinheader with round contacts are needed.
The wiring to the module pins is as follows:
Looking at the pins with the module inserted into the transmitter, antenna facing up.
From left to right
Pin 3 Signal, 6K8 resistor to white or yellow wire in servo connector
Pin 6 Tx Battery Voltage (8.4V) to red servo wire
Pin 7 GND to black or brown servo wire
Solder all to the pinheader before you glue the pinheader in place, solder on the top side of the pins so the solder does not interfere with the 3D printed case.
Glue the male servo connector into the module housing so the end is flush with the housing, note the polarity as engraved in the module.
Insert the module in the Tx and in the Trainer menu select Master and SBUS external module of CPPM external module, the pins on the module bay should
