Any Ham radio operator who has ever owned a Yaesu FT-101 radio knows that without this plug with jumper, you cannot use the radio without accessories plugged in. Losing the original plug renders the radio useless, unless you have one of the accessories (the 2100B amp for instance) plugged in to this port.
I printed at 15% infill, found some #12 solid copper (0.093" dia) which press-fit into the holes. Bend in half, press both ends through the 2 holes just clockwise of the 'key' on the center pin (as shown), then trim the lengths to 0.385", chamfer the ends to allow smooth insertion.
You could cut 9 more short pieces of copper (0.75" each) and insert into the other holes to make a perfect fit.
To finish it off and insulate the back end, mix up some 5 minute epoxy or cover the back in in cyano-acrylic.
