FTC Tetrix Mounting Block

Unhappy with your perpendicular Tetrix mounting options (inside C)? Came up with this marvel of technology as a simple solution for mounting channels to one another. The original is the larger version. It only has a single orientation, intended for use with 1.5" 6-32 screws to mount the block to the channel (all the way through with a nut on the end) and then you can use short screws for attaching your other piece of channel. With 4 screws in the bottom and 2 long screws all the way through, i'm unable to budget the connection, so seems pretty robust.

Made the smaller version to see if it would work well enough and print in a fraction of the time. Results were positive on both fronts. Per my extensive testing of screwing two channels together and trying to pull them apart by hand, the short block passed the test just as well as the big block. I only have some fairly short Tetrix channel at my house, so testing with longer channel and more leverage is TBD.
