Fuel tank vent cap

I made an vent cap for a boats fuel tank. Since it needed to be guided out from the cabin I made a cap for it. I designed it so that it should resist splashing and rain. The top part is printed separately to make it easier to print. The cap walls overlap the inner tube. There are also two nuts with different tolerances. Also added a tube connector separately that needs to be glued in place when the cap is in place.
