Full Graphic Smart Controller mount (Prusa i2)

mounting bracket for http://reprap.org/wiki/RepRapDiscount_Full_Graphic_Smart_Controller
Uses only 1 M8 nut and washer for fixing.

The mount is thick enough to resist deforming when pushing the encoder button, this was simulated in SolidWorks and perfoms up to expectation when using PLA, 3 shells all around and 50% infill
