Full Print Volume Volcano Modification

This modification is to enable the full print volume of the Prusa i3 MK2.5,MK3, MK2.5S and MK3S when fitted with a Volcano heater block and nozzle without any firmware changes. Included in the modification are adjusters that fit between the trapezoidal nuts and x-ends for standard V6 block use without having to remove the mod.

Just a small update. I discovered I had forgotten to upload the W2 version of the extruder body. This is a non essential update and should be only used for new installations of the mod or if you have problems with the PINDA probe mount drooping. This brings the extruder body into line with the PRUSA R5 part. The strange thing is I actually did this fix as a result of a request before the R5 part was released.
