Use a well aligned 3D printer to print this thing. Tolerances are very tight in order to avoid undesirable vibrations that could drive the part to crack and to spill pieces all around. This could be dangerous.
The fan itself was designed to be printed without supports.
The duct with the mounting holes was designed for the the hype-RC foam model INTERCEPTOR 2, but could be used in many other similar models with same motor compartiment.
The other duct is suitable to be mounted in any 51.6mm (diameter) RC foam model (foam could take the shape of the duct). If your model is not made of foam it is up to you to test the duct fan.
Just print it and have fun.
SBN3D.
IMPORTANT NOTE 1: motor is spinning at very hight revolutions and something could became wrong or even the material or the way you printed the part could drive into a multiple crack and small parts could be spilled out causing damages to the model or even wound somebody. USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK and knowing what y
