Fully 3D Printed Sunscreen Roller Applicator

Fully 3D Printed sunscreen roller applicator! I designed this roller applicator to better apply the thick mineral sunscreen that works so well. My kids love being able to “do-it-myself” so they each have their own. The ball is designed to apply ~2mg/cm^2 of lotion per the manufacturer's recommendations and those of many academic studies. Be warned, it's quite a bit of sunscreen, normal application is a stripe of sunscreen from the tip of the index finger to the center of the palm, per arm/face/leg!!! Printing The main color is Filament #1, the accent color for the sun logo and ball are Filament #2The logo is modeled as separate bodies, so you can change their color as desiredNo post processing is required, but I found removing any burrs that may appear on the ball or the end of the post can help it slide smoothly quicker.
