I print it from ABS, with supports, PETG also can be used.
Items you need for make power cell:
1. Quason charging module for LiFePO4 2.4А or other (see dimensions)
2. TZT Lifepo4 BMS 1S 3.2В 7A or other (also see dimensions)
3.1 battery 32700 Lifepo4, like Litokala LII-70A
4.Wires ~24AWG or less (0.129mm2; 0.4mm)
5. Nickel tape, for contacts (for bending into spring-loaded contacts for a battery, flashlight. I use 0.8mmx0.2mm)
6. Glue for fix contacts (I use K-1668)
7. Flux, solder, soldering iron
After assembly, you can use the LED lamp like P13.5S format 3-12V (see pic 8)
NB! For ease of soldering, it is better to place the BMS elements inside
