This is a large flexible hose assembly based loosely on the Snap-Loc or Loc-Line hoses for coolant. After many print failures, the .stp files have large extra supports modeled in to give them maximum grip to the build tray. Cut them off after printing.
* The internal neck diameter of these segments is 28mm be similar to my other fume extraction hose.
* The sphere to sphere dimension is 100mm to make calculating how many segments you need to print easier.
* Outer diameter of the base cylinder is 54.5mm and 38mm deep.
* There is 1mm on the radius overlap between the lip of the female socket and the sphere that it pops onto. There is also a 0.1mm on the radius interference modeled into so the sockets have enough friction to support the hose. If you print in ABS then hold the female socket in boiling water for about 20 seconds and the segments should pop together and seal well.
