In this video I made a 3D printed winch with a 125:1 planetary gear reduction, powered by a drill because I am too lazy to crank it myself. I think its pretty sweet, however it's not that practical because there are no bearings and the friction is very high between PLA plastic and itself. However cool nonetheless, and it is put to the test in this video. Also sorry but it can't tow a car, forgot to put it in the video lol but I mean if it cant winch 30 lbs really think it can do 10000?
