This funnel is mainly useful for scale modelers that:
* paints with acrylic paints
* uses ultrasonic cleaner for their tools (typically airbrush) with some kind of a solvent
I use ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning my airbrush (and other tools) using solvent (IPA or methylated spirit). Solvent can be use multiple times but:
* it needs to be stored outside the ultrasonic cleaner to avoid vaporization and smell
* it needs to be filtered between uses
So I use this funnel with coffee filter (one or two) to pour off polluted solvent from cleaner to PET bottle. With this procedure I can use solvent many many times before it needs to be ecologically disposed.
As well as I use this funnel for gathering waste, filtering solvent/water after cleaning the brushes etc.
Features:
* Funnel fits to pet bottle screw so work with it is quite safe. There is very little room for mistake/leakage and you don't need 3rd hand
* Coffee filter size 4 fits perfectly into the funnel. Coffee filte
