This is my first try at making a Rail/Funnycar chassis. It takes a 16D motor, and all of the normal slotcar parts. You will need to remove the small support under the arch at the front of the chassis, and use something sharp to clean it up so the wires go through, or route the wires over the top of the front axle. 4 6/32 x 1/4" screws are used to hold the swingarm and rear mount. The body mounts are glued into their square holes after picking the right one for the job. They snap in to measure for the right one before you glue it in. At the top goes the hook side of Velcro, while a larger piece is stuck to the body. The wires can be taped to the narrow part of the swingarm so they don't get in the way. The brace at the near front has holes to route the wires, and can be used with the hook on the swingarm to put a rubber band, to help the Funnycar do a Wheelie when it leaves the line. It is designed for a Hardbody, but it will also take a vacuum formed body. It takes large tires.
