FuzNuz Flag Holder

7-6-2020 update: added a modification that allows a set bolt to be inserted in to securely lock the flag in place using the same bolts as on the FuzNuz jump cups:

x1 --- 3/8 inch standard hex nuts
x1 --- 3/8 inch by 1 inch long hex bolts (You might want to cut it to fit so it doesn't protrude, or possibly drill a small hole in the bottom of the flag pole to truly lock the flag in place)

A simple design for a flag holder that hangs off of a saddle stirrup to provide support for a flag during rodeo events, parades or cavalry reenactments. Uses a half inch leather or canvas strap to secure it to the saddle just above the stirrup. Fits flags of up to 1" pole diameter.
