FX Chrono Bipod Base

FX changed the pocket chronograph and stopped including the bipod base. No one wants to hang anything from a floppy FX barrel because a gnat landing on it will change the point of impact by a foot.
I'm not giving FX another cent so I made this base to say Fuh Q to Fredrik Axelsson.
