FXA Clamp Handle

FXA brand clamp broke when I was using it.
This is a 3d printable replacement.

I have printed it on my Ender and it fits into the clamp well.

There is picture showing the stresses on the old clamp part and where the red is shown is where the failure occurred. It was modeled in F360.

Slight adjustments to the handle have made it stronger for version 2.
