Nothing special,
but a small 'G' clamp,
bit quick n dirty, but functional.
I designed it to take some M3 Brass inserts I got from eBay, (although I have not found a reasonable price for M4 inserts)
I made a test part, in black, mainly so I did not need to tap a VERY difficult to reach place for something else I am making, It is impossible to hold an M3 nut in this design.
I have pulled with SIGNIFICANT force to pull this out,
more than twice, maybe three times the force for a tapped hole,
which is what I normally do.
Just push in with a temperature controlled soldering iron,
> A little more heat than what is required to melt the plastic.
but not much more.
Be aware though, if the hole is a little too small,
then the excess plastic will fill the backside of the hole,
and set very hard. broken 2 scalpel blades already :(
> Photo shows me trying to print 9 UP,
Think my belts jammed at some point :(
Enjoy
