Gaggia MDF add more steps

Add this between the springs and the top burr holder and it'll take the steps from 40 -> 54. 1.35x the steps.

I tried to make it 60 steps but it didn't work that well because of how fat the thing on top of the spring is. 54 seems to be about the sweet spot. Hopefully it holds up well.

I printed with supports, they're kinda annoying to remove. Idk if it'd work without them.
