A Galaxy A70 compatible phone case printed in PETG and NinjaFlex TPU
One version is plain, the other has the Instructables logo on the back.
For the Robot case:
First 3 layers (0.2mm layer height) in yellow PETG (@240C)
Next 2 layers in black PETG (@240C)
The rest in NinjaFlex TPU (@230C, at 30% speed)
For the plain case:
First 5 layers (0.2mm layer height) in PETG (@240C)
The rest in NinjaFlex TPU (@230C, at 30% speed)
Prusa Mk3s
For the NinjaFlex, before the end of the black layer (a few seconds to go), I reduce the speed to 30%, and reduce the temperature to 230C. I remove the black using a filament change that was added in Prusa Slicer. I loosen the extruder screw, and add the NinjaFlex TPU. I then monitor the print for the first couple of minutes, making sure it is extruding properly. Sometimes I need to force another filament change to get the NinjaFlex flowing correctly, but have succeeded in all but my first attempt. It is worth becoming comfortable with Ninja
