Gallon Pickle Jar Lids

Jar band and air-lock top for US standard 1-gallon pickle jars with 6-tab thread on 27mm pitch and opening OD (unthreaded portion) of 96.4mm.

The band is typically used with coffee-filter paper for aerobic fermentation and the airlock top for anaerobic secondary ferments.

On the airlock top, a standard 3-piece airlock can be installed using a small piece of 3/8 ID x 9/16 silicone tubing (substitute as needed, of course). An airtight glass-to-lid seal can be made using liquid rubber.

While I've likely gone overboard with the threads and infill parameters, the full-thread design adds to print success and strength significantly. These are meant to last!
