This original Nintendo Game Boy deck box is sized for a single sleeved 100 card commander deck with room for tokens as well as some dice in the second compartment. I like to store the cards turned sideways, but the cards will also fit horizontally. So, if you want to store double sleeved cards, you can manipulate the bottom of the box and scale it without too much effort.
