To prevent my extension cord from being crushed while charging my truck battery, I created a custom cable pass-through. The pass-through is 2 inches wide and 10 mm tall, providing just enough clearance for the extension cord to pass safely under the garage door without damage. The carefully shaped design ensures that the cable stays secure, even when the door is closed, preventing any pressure from damaging the cable. This simple yet effective solution keeps the charging process safe and efficient while maintaining the integrity of the power cable.
